The International Labour Organization (ILO) is calling for Expressions of Interest (EoI) for consultants to carry out a clustered evaluation of two projects in the global coffee supply chain in Vietnam and Latin America (Colombia, Mexico and Honduras).
A team composed of an individual international consultant and national consultants who have previous experience working together, or a company representing the team, is desirable.
The level of effort expected by the evaluation team is approximately 50 days to be divided between the evaluation leader and the national consultants (maximum three).
The evaluation is expected to take place between June and August 2022.
The following call consists of 2 components:
- Instructions for EoI submission (deadline: May 26, 2022)
- Terms of reference for the independent cluster evaluation.

The deadline for submitting an expression of interest is Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 6:00 PM Buenos Aires time. Requests should be sent by email with the subject “Clustered Evaluation_VZF” to Mr. Juan Lutterotti (lutterotti@ilo.org ), Evaluation Manager and, in copy, Mrs. Cybele Burga Solis (burga@ilo.org), ILO Regional Evaluation Officer.
